Nobody keeps a stopwatch running. You estimate each workspace’s hours at the end of the day, and parallel work makes that estimate harder. WorkMix shows how the effort actually spread, day by day.
Added across workspaces, estimates can exceed the hours you were at your desk. That’s parallel work showing up. What to bill is still your call.

An AI agent that works on its own frees you to start the next task, or to hand another agent the next piece. The more well-defined work runs at the same time, the more gets done. That’s leverage, and it only shows up when agents are doing part of the work.
WorkMix counts the repos (the project folders inside a workspace) and the workspaces that change in the same five minutes: leverage within a workspace, and across them. If you work without agents, expect these to stay close to one.

How we handle your signup
We store your email address, signup date, and consent record in a private AWS database for WorkMix updates. We don’t sell the list. No analytics cookies or advertising trackers are used on this site. For abuse prevention, a temporary counter uses a hash of your network address and expires after about a day. To request removal before emails begin, contact doug@commercesong.com.
